Rules

1. Any person with a PhD degree from an accredited research institution may submit publication designations to be listed on Qnotc.
2. One publication may be designated for the Hall of Fame list for every ten (10) years since the submitter earned their PhD (rounding down).
3. One publication may be designated for the First in Class list for every five (5) years since the submitter earned their PhD (rounding down).
4. Publications (or even unpublished work) of any format may be designated, so long as it is accessible to be read (for free or for purchase).
5. The maintainers of Qnotc reserve the right to include or exclude any submitted publication designation.
