Quality, not citations [Qnotc] is a repository containing researchers' self-designated best publications, irrespective of the number of citations or other "stats." In an age of information proliferation, the maintainers of Qnotc hope that the repository will provide a sense of clarity and depth to the exchange of scientific knowledge.
